Team Principal
As the Team Principal at Neoforza, it is Aditya’s job to lead the team forward and make sure every plan is executed flawlessly. He is involved in every stage and branch of development of the team. He leads by example, a truly diligent leader.
Aditya Iyer
Chief Engineer
The other Aditya in the team; he is entirely in charge of engineering and overlooks everything related to the car, from designing to manufacturing and testing. He is also the only member in the team that has previous F1 in Schools experience and we are glad to have him in our team this year.
Mayank Belgaonkar
Manufacturing Engineer
As a Manufacturing Engineer at Neoforza, Mayank aspires to bring a challenge to this competitive atmosphere by understanding the logistics and the manufacturing processes to bring the best quality results to the car. His model of bringing minds together is very prevalent during the process of making the car.
Anagha Ramaswamy
Marketing Manager
As the Marketing Manager at Neoforza, Anagha is in charge of community engagement, company branding, enterprise portfolio development, merchandise design, and more. She ensures that a long-lasting, ever-present relationship is built with the audience and Neoforza's many charms are presented in the best way possible.
Shhreya Bahanwal
Testing and Design Engineer
Shhreya is Neoforza's favourite Design and Testing Engineer. She is directly responsible for the performance of the car and is one of the most versatile members of the team. Her role at Neoforza includes,but is not limited to, coming up with innovative aerodynamic solutions, and formulating the perfect design unique to Neoforza.
Vivin Chrysostor
Resources and Partnerships Manager
Vivin has the critical responsibility of ensuring that this project is well financed by qualified sponsors whose values are in line with ours. He formulates sponsorship tiers and negotiates in order to ensure that our required financing is aided by our sponsors
